All Walls are set in good quality bricks plastered with cement mortar. Finished with plaster of paris punning / Altek plaster and painted with plastic emulsion paint on the interior with imported BONSAL paints of USA .

The majestic exterior surface is partly cladded in polished granite with the rest having painted with imported BONSAL paints of USA .

CEILINGS

The ceiling to be cement plastered with ornamental plaster of Paris cornices to add a touch of class to the interior

The common lobby and staircase in ground floor to be floored in an elaborated inlay of polished granite, and other floors in Marble. The living spaces to be floored in good quality marbles.
