Structure:
The Rani
Meyyammai Towers are built on a sturdy pile foundation and the framed
structure is of RC columns, beams and slabs. All walls are set in good
quality bricks with plaster of paris punning and painted with plastic
emulsion paint on the interior. The majestic exterior is partly cladded in
polished granite with a textured finish for the rest.

An
elaborate inlay of polished and flamed granite adorns the common lobby and
staircase. All the other floors are in high quality marble, skirted in
granite.
